The Rutgers English Diversity Institute (REDI) is a week-long program at the flagship New Brunswick campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. REDI is designed to encourage current students and recent graduates from diverse cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds to consider graduate study in Literatures in English.

At REDI, students will learn about the different subfields in English and American literature, and emerging fields and approaches, from Rutgers University faculty who are at the vanguard of these developments.
